French Drains & Footing Drains
Perforated pipe set in washed gravel to collect groundwater and move it away from your foundation.
Grading, Seed & Stabilization
Reshaping the ground so water sheds away from the house, then re-seeding and matting the disturbed areas.
Swales & Stone Channels
Defined channels lined with riprap stone so heavy runoff moves through without eroding the soil.
Water Is the Most Expensive Problem in a Landscape
Kentucky clay soil does not absorb water quickly. When rain has nowhere to go, it pools in low spots, saturates the ground, and works its way toward the nearest foundation. What starts as a soggy corner of the yard often ends in a wet crawlspace, a cracked patio, or a retaining wall that starts to lean.
We solve the cause, not just the puddle. Every drainage plan starts with walking the property in the rain if we can, checking the grades, downspouts, and existing structures, then designing a system that moves water to a safe exit point.
- On-site evaluation of grades, runoff, and soil
- Engineered gravel, pipe, and fabric assemblies
- Discharge points that protect neighbors and waterways
- Restoration of turf, beds, and hardscape after install
Signs Your Property Needs Drainage Work
If any of these sound familiar, the problem usually gets worse with every heavy rain
Standing Water
Puddles that linger for days after rain, or low spots that never fully dry out.
Soggy Ground
Soft, spongy turf that holds footprints and makes mowing difficult.
Wet Foundation
Damp crawlspaces, water stains on basement walls, or erosion along the footer.
Washed Out Beds
Mulch, soil, and gravel washing out of beds and across patios or walkways.

French Drains & Footing Drains
We trench along the wet side of the house or property line, line it with filter fabric, and set perforated pipe in washed gravel so groundwater collects and flows away instead of sitting against your foundation.
These systems are built for the long run. The fabric keeps soil out of the gravel, the pipe carries water to a daylight or pop-up exit, and the trench is backfilled and restored when we are done.

Grading, Seed & Stabilization
A lot of drainage problems are a slope problem. We reshape the ground so water sheds away from the house and structures, then re-seed and mat the disturbed areas so your new grade holds through the first heavy rains.
Where a yard needs a harder surface, we build up the base with compacted stone so the drive or path drains as it carries traffic.

Swales & Stone Channels
When water runs hard across a slope, a grass swale alone will wash out. We cut a defined channel and fill it with riprap stone so runoff moves through without eroding soil or carving ruts, even in a downpour.
Channels are laid out to follow the natural low point of the property and discharge to a safe, stable exit.
